Bradley V. Timmons
Attorney at Law

Brad Timmons is a fifth-generation Oregonian who has practiced law in The Dalles for more than 35 years. Raised in Aloha, he earned degrees in Economics and Political Science from Portland State University before completing his law degree at Willamette University College of Law.
In 2006, Brad founded Timmons Law PC with a simple goal: to provide dependable, practical guidance to local families, individuals, and businesses. His practice focuses on estate planning, trusts and probate, real estate, and business formation. Clients know him for his calm, intuitive approach and his ability to solve complex problems with both logic and creativity. He works with clients to shape their future, and shows up to provide guidance when the unexpected happens.
Brad is a member of the Oregon, Washington and Arizona State Bars, and the Mid-Columbia Bar Association. He has served on Oregon State Bar committees that help ensure attorneys meet high ethical standards, protect clients, and maintain the quality of the bar exam.
Community service is central to Brad’s life. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of The Dalles, a Paul Harris Fellow, and has long supported local youth programs and scholarships. Having raised his two children here, he remains deeply committed to the future of the Gorge. Outside the office, Brad enjoys golfing, hiking, Oregon Ducks football, and spending time with his extended family.
